Hey guys i looked on other sites for creatine help but i decided to come back here cause well no one talked much about it. Ive taken creatine before but i kinda forgot how it was supose to be taken. Im 18 years old been working out for about 3 years or so now im just curious what is the safest and most effective way i can take creatine? I get mixed answers from everyone some people say its very very safe and others say it damages stuff in your body i dont know who to beleive, so i was wondering is it safe or not? and i was wondering im taking ZMA,whey protien, glutimine already im curious if i add creatine to my list would it be to much supplements or would i be fine? oh and i work out 4 times a week if that matters.
Thanks

I would say unless you're really big like 170lb's + the power increase isn't worth it, as your natural power base won't be that high, to make the 30% power increase good enough.
P.S. you got PM

| personally i think creatine is a great bodybuilding supplement. increased atp production and cell volumization make it ideal for bodybuilding or powerlifting. i would say just follow the directions on the bottle. some like to take it before, some after. i use a powder and start drinking it before and finish it by the end of my workouts. see what works for you.

| I agree. It also gives you a mental edge too. When you swell up twice your size during your workouts because of the extra water you are holding it makes you really push the weights.
